Our Story

After 20 years in corporate HR in mid-size to Fortune 100 organizations, an opportunity emerged to drive even greater impact through specialized solutions and consulting. The primary goal: To deliver targeted, actionable strategies that empower businesses to thrive by optimizing their most valuable asset—their people.

Why Lucina? 

We looked to heritage and core beliefs when naming the business. Lucina means "graceful inner light" in Italian and it felt like the perfect fit. Bringing out the best in each individual for the greatest good it core to our purpose and values.
